Service Description
I'll travel to your home, office, hospital, or care facility. The price shown is the travel fee. Ohio law sets notary fees at $5 per notarial act — add the number of notarizations you need when booking and pay everything at once. Not sure how many? Most documents need one per signature that requires a notary, and each additional signer adds one. If your documents end up needing fewer, I'll refund the difference; if they need more, the extra $5 per act is collected at the appointment. All signers must have a valid government-issued photo ID, and please don't sign your documents before I arrive.
Cancellation Policy
Travel fees are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, for no-shows, or if a signer does not have a valid government-issued photo ID when I arrive. Notary fees are $5 per notarial act under Ohio law; if fewer notarizations are needed than you paid for, I'll refund the difference, and any additional acts are collected at the appointment. One discount per appointment.
